It is a New Year and I will be posting pixs and updates tomorrow the 2nd, because my house guest will be departing and all our social engagements will have ended.  So do come back tomorrow for the updates.

See you then...

  1. Hi Kathleen,
I spent all afternoon and half the night reading your entire blog! It was so interesting. I've been married to an awesome guy for 38 yrs, have 2 grown daughters and 10 beautiful grandchildren.
I have a couple questions for you. If you think they are too personal don't worry it won't offend me.
    1. You don't speak about your husband much. Does he take up time with the girls?

    2. If you are taking the time to homeschool the one daughter why don't you homeschool the other girl?

Just a few suggestions. It's hard to keep up with each of the girls. I read about 70 adoptions blogs and the thing they all have in common is pictures, pictures, pictures and more pictures. I know you're very pressed for time but if you want more readers, pictures are the way to go. I also know this because both my daughters teach "How to Blog"

One more thing if you don't want anyone to know the girls names perhaps you could make up nick-names for them. That way you wouldn't always have to say, this is my daughter that's blind and so forth. I know a blogger named McKinley that nicknamed all her 5 kids after items at McDonalds. Like Big Mac,Mcflurry and so forth.
Then if on one of your side bars you could have each girls picture and underneath their picture a little something about them?
I hope this all makes since. Also do you know you can make very good money off your blog? If you are interested just let me know.
I look forward to your blogs and by the way I'm a daily blog checker. LOL
You're an awesome person and I can't wait to hear more about the girls.
    God Bless You,
    Miss Lila

  2. Are you ok? You haven't posted in a long time? Cara (home with lady bug 3 weeks)

  3. Yes, I'm a daily blog checker, too - and missing you!

  4. Hey Kathleen, have been checking in periodically, just wondered how all is going.
